Mack here! After exploring several ski resorts around the world, I've recently had the pleasure of discovering the luxurious ski resorts of San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. From thrilling ski slopes to captivating sites and surroundings, I can confidently say that my week-long stay has been nothing short of epic.
Every day was an action-packed adventure in a place of supreme natural beauty. From ski excursions to calming thermal spas to Helicopter tours of the Nires Lake and hidden waterfalls, San Carlos de Bariloche had it all. The quaint mountain chalets were a delight to stay in and the crisp, pure air of the Andes Mountains was utterly serene.
Evenings were spent in total luxury. Fabulous restaurants served up ballroom feasts with gorgeous views of the snow-capped peaks, whilst lounges and extravagant pubs offered us a chance to indulge in some of Argentina's finest craft beers and wines. Meanwhile, a choice of exquisite spas gave us the opportunity to relax and recuperate for the next day's activity.
I don't think I've ever come across such a source of gratification. From exploring the expansive ski slopes to lusciously soaking up sunrays overlooking the vistas of Laguna de Caffarena, this destination afforded me with blissful memories I'll always fondly reflect upon.
